Implementation Consultant for Cloud ERP / Accounting Software

Implementation Consultant for Cloud ERP / Accounting Software in Bristol. We are looking for someone with accounting software or ERP software implementation experience for a dynamic, IT business solutions company based in central Bristol who specialise in innovative web based software for accounting. Competitive package to £40k (although junior level Consultants or Support Analysts will also be considered at the lower salary range) with company benefits.

Their software solution covers ERP, Accounting, Stock Control, CRM, Order Processing, Sales & Marketing, e-commerce, retail, and events planning and is totally web based and easy to access. This is a vibrant, exciting company who are different. They are changing the way that people look at accounting and e-commerce software and making it interesting - they believe they have a better way of doing things, for their clients and for their staff. They are in touch with the latest technology and their software is state of the art and easy and simple for the users to understand; it's intuitive and not boring or stuffy.

Many of their clients will be moving up from small accounting software solutions like Sage 50 or QuickBooks. Once a deal has been won you will work with the client though the Implementation phases and go live process that is typically from 6 days to 25 days. Part of the job is visiting customers across the UK, but you can do a lot of the work here remotely, as the software is web based. You could be home based and just visit the Bristol office once or twice a week (more at the start) if that suited you. They want a bright Software Implementation Consultant / Applications Consultant who understands business processes, can gather requirements, configure the software, install their business and accounting software, and train clients as well as doing web demos. You will be passionate about software, have lots of ideas and are keen to work in a more exciting business environment.

You should be the sort of person who is happy and able to handle full life cycle software implementation, confident enough to help with web demos, pre-sales and client training, and not averse to doing a bit of software support when the support team needs help. And you will want to bring new ideas to the table as to how the software product can be improved.

Previous experience of installing and implementing accounting or ERP business software with products like FinancialForce, Exact, UNIT4 Agresso, Access Dimensions, SAP Business One, Epicor, Pegasus Opera, Coda, Dynamics NAV, Iris Exchequer, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Sage 200, Greentree, Infor, Coda, Kashflow, Zoho or anything similar is of interest.
