Property software Implementation for a $6bn software corporation. 1 day per month in London
propety software Implementation work from home.
The solution takes renters through an entire journey viewing properties, including video tours, contracts, then into daily maintenance like cleaning and servicing issues, rent and payments.
One recent new client has 22 buildings across 4 countries with a total of 5,500 apartments.
Your job is to Implementation the software. to listen to the clients and understand the issues and what is important.
The key skills are:
Attention to the quality of your work
Having the drive to do the right thing
Being articulate enough to control a room, but intelligent enough to listen.
Being smart but not arrogant.
Technical enough to understand HTML and Javascript
A fascination for different software solutions, and a desire to integrate them together
You will have at least 18 months Implementation on a solution like:
ERP
WMS
Property management
Estate agency software
Retail software
