Implementation Consultant, MRI Property Software

This progressive and professional software consultancy need an Implementation Consultant / Professional Services Consultant with strong property management software implementation expertise and knowledge of accounting & finance. In an ideal world, you will have worked with MRI software solutions and will be able to hit the ground running, but any other PropTech solution would be suitable such as real estate management, facilities management, property procurement, asset management, or property maintenance and rental software.

Starting salary to £60k plus great benefits, flexible working from home anywhere in the UK, with one or two days a week at the London office and on site consultancy days at client premises. Nationwide travel to client sites when allowed, plus some European travel - an additional European language would be welcomed.

This is a refreshing and busy software consultancy who work specifically in the global real estate solutions industry and have highly specialised products which support businesses with the many complexities of the property industry. They have been developing and implementing property management, real estate, property investment management, property accounting software and facilities management software for the retail, commercial, residential and industrial property market for many years. This role is to work as a Professional Services Consultant on their commercial property management software. A typical implementation project cycle would be from end to end, and would encompass requirements, business process reviews, workshops and analysis, specification, set-up and configuration, client training, go-live and some post go-live support and hand holding.

You need at least 3 years' software implementation and consultancy experience including decent knowledge of accounting and finance software and property management software. Ideally this would be MRI software, or direct competitor solutions such as Yardi, Qube, Horizon, Tramps, RealPage, Arthur Online etc. but any other form, such as property maintenance, facilities management, investment management, and rent and lettings solutions are also highly desirable. Excellent communication and client facing skills go without saying, and you will be proactive, you take time to listen to clients' requirements and you believe in providing quality software and quality services.
