Junior Software Implementation Consultant

This is an exciting job as a Junior Implementation Consultant which would suit someone who is a graduate or equivalent level, and who has done a few implementations of ERP or finance software or retail / eCommerce software or other enterprise application software, or someone who has good application support skills and is looking for a step up into software implementation and consulting. Starting salary from £25k to £35k depending on your level of experience, plus lots of benefits including private health care, dental care, 5 weeks holiday, free coffee and cake, cash plans, company share options and great social events.

The role is office based in the centre of Bristol initially helping the consultants and senior consultants on software implementation projects working with specialist ERP software that helps exciting online retail brands achieve hyper growth at over 30% by automating their business processes.

It is a junior level job with lots of training, mentoring and coaching, and a major opportunity for someone to develop their career with an entrepreneurial SaaS software consultancy. It would suit someone who learns fast, is sociable, is happy to take a risk and fail, and someone who can try different ways of achieving the same things to get better at it.

This is a role for a someone changing jobs for the first time, someone who has worked with application software doing implementation or application support, including working with data through the migration process.

This dynamic, rapidly growing cloud software company sells and implements a software solution that is used by retailers and covers the back office, so things like accounts, warehousing, despatch, and invoicing returns, and it links to eCommerce solutions like Magento and to Amazon at the front end. If you have good knowledge of retail software or a previous background in retail, before you moved into software, so much the better.

You will be fast tracked into consulting and software implementation, mainly working from the office, sometimes out on client site, and with lots of support and encouragement. Your career will move very quickly, you will take on lots of responsibility and have a chance to deal with a wide variety of interesting clients, and lots of other departments within the company including Project Managers, Senior Implementation Consultants, Software Developers, Support Analysts and Data Specialists.
