Implementation Consultant

Software Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant for an interesting role in the City of London area. Salary from £35-45k depending on how much experience you have and the depth of your skills. They are also happy to look at more Junior Level Software Implementation Consultants, with drive and ambition. Ideally you will have experience of property management software, but they are happy to look at candidates with similar application software implementation such as accounting software, construction software, field service software, ERP software etc.

So as an Implementation Consultant here, you are very much focused on the requirements, the software set up, workflows and dealing with the clients. They are looking for a bright, motivated Professional Services Consultant or Implementation Consultant who has good software implementation experience in a client facing role and is keen and highly ambitious.

You will be happy talking to clients and looking at their business processes, gathering their requirements, configuring the software, implementing the solutions and training the end users. You will have solid commercial awareness, good documentation & communication skills and a passion for software, cloud solutions and IT.

This software solutions company sell very successful property management and residential and commercial rentals solutions that allow companies to manage, maintain and run their property portfolios. So, the software is used for dealing with tenants, room bookings, accounting and ledgers, property maintenance, property marketing, asset management, forecasting, CRM, and repairs. Their flexible and modular cloud-based solution includes mobile functionality and kiosk and portal solutions.

You will be an Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant working with commercial application software. This could be property management solutions similar to theirs, or similar solutions such as Hotel booking software, Estate Agency software, ERP Software, Facilities Management Software, Service Management Software, Construction Software, Pensions Software, Room Bookings Software, Asset Management Software or Rental Software.

Typical projects are 30 - 50 days and 10 - 50 users, but you will probably start off on upgrades or small 10 user solutions until you have learnt all the nuances of the software.
