3 x Implementation Consultants for Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM and BI

Great opportunity for client facing Implementation Consultants to move to this Birmingham based software consultancy and learn the MS Dynamics 365 cloud software solution across all the disciplines of ERP, Accounting, CRM and Business Intelligence, as well as Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM.

So what you need to have is functional software consulting and implementation experience, in a client facing role working with either ERP software, CRM software, Accounting Software or BI Software for a software reseller, vendor, or author or software consultancy. They will teach you the other areas that you are not familiar with. Salary from £30k to £40k (based on your experience)plus £6k car allowance, bonus, and private healthcare.

The company is expanding due to an influx of sales from both existing customers and new customers, and there are 3 new opportunities for ERP Consultants, CRM Consultants or BI Consultants to join now and work on the MS Dynamics 365 product and to also learn MS Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM.

As a bit of background on them, they have been selling MS Dynamics AX for a number of years and the team has remained stable with 8 people in the UK and 4 people in India doing the technical development and hardware side. Microsoft have switched the Dynamics AX product back and forth, from on premise to only cloud and back to on premise, so that has been a challenge for them to deal with. But the really interesting bit is the introduction of Dynamics 365 which is a across all MS Dynamics products and means that clients get all the best bits of MS Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM and Dynamics NAV together in one solution. As a consulting firm this has meant that their clients can get fully integrated functionality across ERP, Finance & Accounting, CRM, BI and reporting (PowerBI) with the rest of the Microsoft stack.

The 3 jobs are split into: ERP and accounting implementation, CRM implementation and BI / Business Intelligence implementation, report writing and data.

What they are looking for is experienced client facing functional consultants who are used to working on different projects, taking the requirements, figuring out what the client really wants (not what they think they want), configuring the software and delivering great implementation projects. You must be happy to take some support calls although you will tend to get calls focused on the area of Dynamics 365 you become strong in. This is just a small part of the role - they typically get 2 or 3 calls per week split across 8 people, but it is a crucial part of the job that you must be happy to do alongside your functional consulting and software implementation work.

They are happy to train you up in Dynamics 365, MS Dynamics AX and MS Dynamics CRM, if you are a bright, switched on, ambitious client facing Implementation consultant with lots of potential who is keen to learn and further develop a career in application software implementation.

They have plenty of people with hard core Dynamics AX experience already, so what they need is people who are keen to learn across the whole platform of the Dynamics 365 solution. These jobs will be client facing functional roles doing chargeable consulting work on Dynamics 365.

This is an amazing chance to learn MS Dynamics software and get trained and mentored in a financially strong and stable company environment with great people and great software. You will work on client sites and in the office and need to be happy to travel as usual. But unusually, most of their clients are within 90 minutes of Birmingham so stay away nights are rare.
