A Senior Application Support Consultant (ERP Support Consultant, Application Support Consultant, Finance ERP, SQL Server) is required by a fast-moving, innovative ERP vendor based in Halesowen, offering hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) and a salary of up to £55,000. This ERP vendor delivers market-leading ERP and logistics solutions into the home oil distribution sector, supporting clients ranging from small operators to large-scale enterprises with £500M turnover. Due to growth, they are expanding their support team and need an experienced Application Support Consultant to step into a senior role.

To be successful in this ERP Support Consultant role, you will have:

• Proven experience in 2nd and 3rd line application support within an ERP / Finance ERP environment

• Strong background supporting accounting software with complex finance processes

• Confidence engaging with Finance Directors and CFOs on accounting and system issues

• Solid technical awareness, with SQL Server experience highly desirable

• A passion for application support, problem solving, and building long-term client relationships

You will support modules including invoicing, purchasing, stock, distribution, CRM, logistics, and route planning. Queries range from straightforward accounts questions through to complex accounting challenges and database-related issues, making this a varied and engaging ERP Support Consultant role.
