ERP Implementation Consultant - Finance Focus (ERP, Accounting Software, Sage, Iplicit, Consultant) - Be part of a rapidly expanding ERP consultancy delivering solutions to household-name clients!

An ERP Implementation Consultant (ERP, Accounting Software, Sage, Iplicit, Consultant) is required by a growing ERP & CRM solutions provider with an impressive track record supporting high street names and well known companies. The company is a £2.5M-turnover business with 21 staff across the UK and India, delivering complex ERP and CRM solutions across Mid market ERP and CRM inclduing Iplicit.

You'll need the following experience to apply:

• Proven experience implementing accounting software (e.g. Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)

• Solid understanding of finance fundamentals

• Comfortable working with accountants and finance professionals

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Self-starter who can handle multiple implementations

You'll receive full training and certification in Iplicit ERP and be supported by experienced colleagues with 20+ years in ERP and accounting software. This is a fantastic opportunity to level up your skills in a growing business.

In the role, you'll:
Lead and support Iplicit ERP implementations with a finance-first focus. You'll guide clients through core financial setups (Chart of Accounts, Trial Balance, Debits/Credits), collaborate with client-side accountants, and ensure a smooth transition. Expect remote work with travel to Redditch 1-2 times/month and occasional client visits (approx. 1 day/month).
